Why I am Passionate About This Industry
My passion for aesthetics technology began with my own experience as a med spa client. In my 20s, cellulite wasn’t something I thought much about—I loved bikinis, beaches and pools, and even had fun participating in a bikini contest! As the years passed, age, genetics, lifestyle and too much time behind a desk changed the appearance of my legs—and how I felt about showing them.
That experience led me to explore professional body contouring, cellulite-focused treatments and skin-tightening technologies. My personal experience with these treatments made a meaningful difference in how I felt about my appearance and sparked a genuine fascination with the technology behind them.
That passion became part of the inspiration for SpaUmami. I’m excited to build a resource for beauty and wellness professionals seeking thoughtfully selected aesthetics technologies, transparent information, and solutions for their businesses and clients.
